Pide el Profe Michel redoblar esfuerzos por la limpieza del puerto

El presidente municipal supervisó el funcionamiento de la planta de transferencia y dio salida a los camiones recolectores que se han rehabilitado para un mejor servicio a la población.
Un llamado a redoblar esfuerzos por la limpieza de Puerto Vallarta y transformar los servicios que se prestan a la población, fue el que hizo el presidente municipal, Luis Alberto Michel Rodríguez, a los trabajadores de Aseo Público del Ayuntamiento de Puerto Vallarta; les recordó que tienen una importante tarea y compromiso con los ciudadanos que depositaron su confianza en esta administración.
“El reflejo de nuestro puerto, la imagen que damos, es porque ustedes nos ayudan con la recolección de basura durante 24 horas, llueva o truene cumplen con su encomienda. Los invito a que sigan de esa manera porque Vallarta sigue creciendo y va a recibir más turistas, y eso se debe a que está limpio, pues ustedes han puesto todo su empeño en conseguirlo”, señaló el alcalde, y agregó que por parte de este gobierno se les estarán dando las herramientas necesarias para que sigan desempeñando su labor.
Explicó que a la llegada de esta administración, había cerca de 12 rutas que no se estaban cubriendo desde hace días, debido a las malas condiciones en que se recibieron muchas de las unidades de recolección, pero gracias al esfuerzo de los aseadores y los mecánicos, se han reactivado ya las unidades para dar el mejor de los servicios y lograr una ciudad siempre limpia, que brinde la imagen que los vallartenses y los visitantes quieren.
En su visita a la Estación de Transferencia, en la colonia Magisterio, el primer edil dio el banderazo para que los camiones rehabilitados se reintegren al servicio de recolección, muestran ya una nueva imagen, además de dotar de herramientas de trabajo básico a las cuadrillas, pues carecían de este material para sus labores.
El profe Michel, supervisó además la operación de esta Estación de Transferencia, conociendo la situación en la que se recibió y las acciones que ya se realizan para un mejor funcionamiento.
Por parte de la Dirección de Servicios Municipales, se dio a conocer las condiciones en las que se recibió esta dependencia, encontrando sólo 13 camiones compactadores en funcionamiento para atender un total de 42 rutas, a estos se han sumado ya 12 unidades que fueron rehabilitadas por lo que, gracias a este esfuerzo, se cuenta con un parque vehicular de 25 camiones que prestan servicio las 24 horas del día, por lo que se cubren al cien por ciento todas las rutas.
