Atiende gobierno de Luis Michel problemas sociales añejos
En la colonia 5 de Diciembre.
Con respeto a los derechos humanos y la dignidad de las personas, se realizó un operativo para la reubicación y apoyo a quienes ejercen trabajo sexual.
Como en mucho tiempo no se hacía, y siguiendo los principios de la 4 Transformación, el gobierno municipal que preside el profesor Luis Alberto Michel Rodríguez, inicia su administración atendiendo las solicitudes de los ciudadanos, con acciones efectivas con las que se atienden problemas de fondo que por años fueron ignorados.
Es así como en respuesta a los vecinos de la colonia 5 de Diciembre, el pasado sábado se llevó a cabo un operativo sobre las calles Honduras y Guatemala, para dar atención integral a quienes durante por mucho tiempo han ejercido el trabajo sexual en esta zona, acordando su reubicación y brindándoles apoyo para la búsqueda de otras alternativas laborales, con lo que esta emblemática colonia tendrá un cambio social significativo, mejorará su seguridad y su imagen.
En estas tareas, participaron diversas áreas del ayuntamiento, como la Dirección de Inspección y Reglamentos, que con este operativo, dio respuesta a una solicitud realizada por los habitantes del lugar, quienes vivían condiciones de inseguridad, la alteración del orden y una mala imagen derivado de este tipo de actividades, siguiendo en todo momento la indicación del alcalde Luis Michel, de propiciar el diálogo y condiciones de respeto a los derechos humanos y la integridad de las trabajadoras sexuales.
También formó parte el área de Servicios Médicos Municipales, que brindó atención médica a quienes integran este sector a fin de detectar posibles enfermedades no solamente de tipo sexual, evitar la transmisión de las mismas y establecer un control sanitario.
Asimismo, acompañaron estas acciones, el director de Seguridad Ciudadana, el Capitán Luis Fernando Muñoz Ortega, que junto a los elementos policiacos, resguardó el orden en el lugar; la Dirección Protección Civil y Bomberos, que realizó revisiones a los establecimientos de esta zona para verificar que cuentan con las condiciones necesarias de seguridad; así como el Sistema DIF Municipal, en donde psicólogos de la institución, brindaron orientación y acompañamiento a las mujeres que ejercen esta actividad, salvaguardando su integridad y el que no se violentara ninguno de sus derechos.
Cabe señalar, que el compromiso es seguir trabajando para que las colonias del municipio cuenten con condiciones de vida dignas, seguras y en donde las familias vallartenses se puedan desarrollar de forma integral.

Various areas of the city council participated in these tasks, such as the Direccion of Inspection and Regulations, which with this operation, responded to a request made by the inhabitants of the place, who lived in unsafe conditions, due to these types of activities, not to mention the alteration of order and bad image bad image that were given, following at all times the indication of Mayor Luis Michel, to promote dialogue and conditions of respect for human rights and the integrity of sex workers.
